Neonatal Oral Antibiotics at Home (NOAH)
A project from Exeter and Health Innovation South West, enabling eligible newborns with suspected early-onset infection (EOI) to transition from intravenous (IV) antibiotics in the hospital to oral antibiotics at home after 36 hours.
